Steve is a member of the Missouri Task Force 1 (FEMA) and the Chief of the St. Louis Regional Heavy Rescue Task Force. Has a vast amount of experience teaching fire and Industrial responders.

Kevin’s firefighting career dates back to 1981 with the Festus Fire Department became a paramedic in 1984 while working for the Valley Park Fire Distict. 

Since 1989 he has worked for the Metro West Fire District starting out as a FF/Paramedic working up to his present position as Captain with responsibilities of training operations for his shift of 5 engine houses. 

Kevin has completed two separate Applied Science Associates Degrees, a certified Hazardous Materials Technician. Some of Kevin’s training background includes Rope Rescue from CMC, Rescue Specialists from Texas A7M, Swift Water Tech 1, Ice Rescue Specialists.

Kevin has been involved with the Union Fire District for the past 15 years. 

Kevin was promoted to Rescue Lieutenant in 1991 moved up to Rescue Captain during 1993 and was promoted to Assistant Chief in 2002 due to his dedication to training. His training background includes various rope rescue classes, farm equipment rescue, bus rescue, and vehicle rescue. 

He has extensive background in the technical rescue during his 15 year career. We have known Kevin to be an expert backhoe operator!!!

Les has been in the fire service for 25 years and prior to his promotion was the training officer for Chesterfield FD.

Robert Dopp works in Public Safety for SEMA in Jefferson City, MO.

Robert has been involved in the fire service since 1974 and is a past Fire Chief for the Union Fire District where he is still a member. 

Robert has an extensive training background and teaches classes in hazardous materials response, fire safety, counter terrorism, clandestine drug labs, disaster assessment, and Community Emergency Response Teams.

He is an adjunct instructor for the National Fire Academy and East Central College. Robert has been a vital part of course development for our hazardous materials classes. He is also serves as a member of Missouri Task Force 1 the FEMA urban search and rescue team.
